TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Welcome to SETONIX PRINT. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Turnaround Time
• Production will begin three (3) business days after your final approval of the design. Timely approval is essential to meet your desired deadlines.
Operating Hours
• Our team is available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We strive to offer prompt service within these hours and accommodate your printing needs effectively.
Order Cut-Off Time
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be scheduled for processing the following business day. This cut-off time allows us to maintain quality and efficiency in our services.
Design Policy
• Each customer is entitled to one (1) complimentary design included in the printing package.
• If more than two to four (2-4) design revisions (corrections) are requested, SETONIX PRINT will require that the customer provides his/her design for printing. Additional revisions (corrections) or design work may incur additional charges or require outsourcing design services.
Payment Terms
• A 70% payment deposit or 100% full payment is required to initiate production and design, with the remaining balance due upon project completion before delivery.
• Late payments may result in delays in order processing or future orders.
Quality Assurance and Correction Policy
• We guarantee high-quality standards for every print job. Should there be any production errors on our part, we will reprint the job at no additional cost.
• Once the design proof is approved by the customer, any errors (e.g., typographical errors, layout issues) become the customer’s responsibility. Please review proofs carefully before approval.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made before design proof approval to qualify for a refund.
• Once production has commenced, refunds are not available.
• Request for refund should be made within 3day after payment; hence no refunds can be made after 3day of payment.
• All bank charge will be made out of refund not from SETONIX PRINT.
Delivery and Collection Options
• Customers may choose to have their orders delivered (subject to a delivery fee based on location) or pick up orders directly from our premises. Delivery times vary depending on location, and we will provide an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
• All delivery must be made between 9:00am – 5:00pm on our working days
Confidentiality and Privacy
• We value your privacy. All customer information remains confidential and is never shared with third parties without explicit consent. Your personal data will only be used to complete the services and improve our customer experience.
• Social Media Sharing: As part of our marketing efforts, we may share samples of completed customer projects on our social media platforms to showcase our work and highlight client collaborations. By placing an order, you agree to this promotional use unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
• SETONIX PRINT is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions or external factors beyond our control. However, we will communicate promptly and work to resolve any such issues.
Governing Law
• This agreement is governed by the laws of FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with these governing laws.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK PERMISSIONS
When providing text, images, or other content to SETONIX PRINT for inclusion in a website, print, or other medium, the customer confirms that they possess the necessary copyright and/or trademark permissions. Ownership of all provided materials remains with the customer or the original copyright or trademark owner.
Materials such as artwork, images, or text that are created by SETONIX PRINT on behalf of the customer remain the property of SETONIX PRINT and/or its suppliers, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A limited license for these materials is granted to the customer solely for the specific project outlined in the agreed scope of work, not for any other purpose.
If the customer wishes to use SETONIX PRINT-owned materials in other forms, they may submit a written request for permission, which SETONIX PRINT may grant at its discretion and may charge a fee for additional usage rights. Written permission must be obtained before any of these materials are repurposed.
Third-party software, code, plugins, or other licensed materials used in digital projects remain the property of the original creators. The customer is responsible for any ongoing or future license fees related to these materials.
By supplying materials to SETONIX PRINT, the customer grants SETONIX PRINT permission to use the materials in the design and development process. If any provided materials are later found to be subject to copyright or royalty restrictions, the customer agrees that SETONIX PRINT may remove or replace the content as necessary.
The customer also agrees to indemnify and hold SETONIX PRINT harmless from any claims that arise due to insufficient permissions for supplied materials.
ALTERATIONS
The customer acknowledges that any modifications requested beyond the original project estimate or agreed-upon scope—or any changes to the supplied content or after approval of the draft design—will incur additional charges. SETONIX PRINT is not responsible for any alterations made by third parties, either before or after the design is published.
